On September 21, 2016, SAMU was re-certified as a Best HRD (Human Resources Developer) institution, jointly certified by four government ministries, including the Ministry of Employment and Labor, in recognition of its steady efforts and achievements in human resources development.
The Best HRD (Best Human Resources Developer) certification is a system in which the government certifies companies that excel in human resources management and development, such as recruiting and managing talent based on competence and enhancing individual capabilities through on-the-job learning. Our company was initially certified in 2013.
SAMU will continue to focus on developing and nurturing human resources to lead the mold industry with top talent.
