Filing a Grievance
Where to file: HR department or your supervisor. How: In person, or through the grievance reporting box.
Review and Handling
Procedure: HR forwards the report to the committee immediately upon receipt. Activity: The committee convenes to review the merits of the grievance and agree on a resolution.
Notification of Results
Timeline: Within 10 days of receipt. Method: The actions taken and the outcome are communicated directly to the employee concerned.
