Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Site and its users in connection with the use of the internet-related services and content provided on the official website (the "Site") operated by SAMU (the "Company").
Article 2 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
① The Company shall post the contents of these Terms at the bottom of the Site's landing page so that users can readily access them. ② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws and regulations, and in the event of any change to the Terms, the Company shall give notice on the Site at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)
① The Company provides users with services such as information about the Company and its services, portfolio information, and receipt of online inquiries. ② The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the services where there is a substantial operational reason to do so, such as changes to technical specifications, system maintenance, or server downtime.
Article 4 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
① The copyright and other intellectual property rights to all works created by the Company, including its logos, designs, text, images, and intro videos, belong to the Company. ② Users shall not, without the Company's prior consent, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any information obtained through use of the Site in which intellectual property rights belong to the Company, nor permit any third party to do so.
Article 5 (User Obligations and Prohibited Acts)
When using the Site, users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Unauthorized alteration, deletion, or corruption of information posted on the Site
- Transmission or posting of information (such as computer programs) prohibited by the Company
- Infringement of the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
- Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or any third party, or interfere with their business
- Using automated means (crawlers, scrapers, bots, etc.) to interfere with the normal operation of the service or to collect data without authorization
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
① The Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of services where it is unable to provide the services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, DDoS attacks, or a suspension of service by a telecommunications carrier. ② The Company does not warrant the reliability or accuracy of any information, materials, or facts posted on the Site, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result. ③ The Company shall be exempt from liability for any transactions or other dealings conducted between users, or between users and third parties, through the services.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
① The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern the interpretation of these Terms and any dispute between the Company and users. ② In the event that a lawsuit is filed in connection with the use of the services, the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect on June 15, 2026.
