On October 1, 2019, the SAMU Charter was enacted.
The SAMU Charter consists of the CEO's founding philosophy, corporate ethics upheld over the past 30 years, and essential principles that the company and its employees must observe to grow into a greater enterprise.
Moving forward, as SAMU people, we will pursue shared value through continuous technological achievements by fostering a corporate culture where "principles and common sense prevail, predictability is ensured, and fairness and justice are upheld" based on "shared values," "respect for employees," and "basic employee ethics." We hope that all employees of SAMU MOLD take the meaning of the SAMU Charter to heart, and we express our deep gratitude to the members of the SAMU Charter Task Force Team (Director Seung-gon Kim, Deputy General Manager Eun-nyeong Lee, Manager Yeong-deok Kim, Associate Yeon-su Jang, Associate Ji-eun Hyeon, Associate Jong-yeong Lee) for their hard work.
