On September 25, 2019, through continuous efforts in human resources development, SAMU was re-certified as a Best Human Resources Developer (Best HRD), jointly accredited by four government ministries, including the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Best Human Resources Developer (Best HRD: Best Human Resources Developer) certification is a system through which the government awards accreditation to companies that demonstrate excellence in human resource management and development, such as recruiting and managing talent based on competency and enhancing individual capabilities through learning during employment. Our company was initially certified in 2013 and received re-certifications in 2016 and 2019.
Moving forward, SAMU plans to further dedicate itself to human resources development and nurturing to lead the mold industry with top talent.
