On March 17, 2017, the award ceremony for the 'NCS Best Practice Contest' held in October 2016 took place at Gwangju Technical High School.
This contest aims to discover and share best practices of education/training institutions conducting NCS-based field-centered education and training, as well as companies, public institutions, and local public enterprises adopting competency-based HR management (recruitment, compensation, training, etc.). SAMU ranked 7th out of 1,000 participating companies.
