Our company annually selects top performers based on personnel evaluations and provides them with an incentive trip.
This year, employees and their family members (16 people in total) enjoyed a wonderful trip together for 5 days and 4 nights starting from August 1st.
For selected individuals among the top performers, the company covers all expenses for the Thailand tour package accompanied by family as well as travel allowances, and also provides an opportunity to visit and tour our Thai subsidiary during the trip.
